Terms of service

These terms govern your use of vinerqo.com and any purchase you make on it. The store is operated by Bfp Swiss Sàrl, Rue du Puits du Géant 1a, 1950 Sion, Switzerland (company ID CHE-433.557.926) ("Vinerqo", "we", "us").

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an item that is no longer available; you are then refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is taken when the order is placed, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Product information

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including dimensions, capacity and materials. Colors may look slightly different on screen. Bottle fit depends on bottle shape: always compare your bottles with the slot width given on the product page.

4. Installation and use

Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Wall mounted racks must be fixed into studs or masonry with hardware suited to the loaded weight. Vinerqo is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or use.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping policy, returns and refunds in our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
